Most med spa marketing runs on before-and-after photos, patient reviews and treatment promises. None of that belongs near peptide therapies. We're a med spa marketing agency that works only with peptide businesses: we build the website, local SEO, email, chat and payments for med spas, wellness clinics and telehealth brands that offer peptides through licensed prescribers and pharmacies, and we build it to hold up when LegitScript, a processor or an ad platform reads it.
We never write treatment claims. Your medical team owns clinical content. Sell research-use-only products instead? Then this page isn't for you, and our services for research peptide suppliers are.
Why peptide services change your med spa marketing
A filler page and a peptide therapy page look alike on a site map. They're judged very differently, because peptides sit under rules your other services don't touch:
- LegitScript. In September 2026 LegitScript said certain popular peptides are not currently eligible for compounding, sale or use. Offering, promoting or advertising them is a violation, and so is partnering with an outside dispenser that does. Certification follows current law, not the rules people expect next.
- Compounding. It needs pharmaceutical-grade API and a prescription. Research-grade product can't lawfully be used. The July 2026 FDA advisory votes changed nothing on their own; only a final rule does.
- Ad platforms. Meta requires online pharmacies and telehealth advertisers to be actively LegitScript certified. Google Merchant Center doesn't allow prescription drugs offered without a prescription.
- Email and payments. Several email platforms name telehealth or pharmaceutical products in their acceptable use policies, and the card networks treat prescription drug sales as high risk.
A generalist agency tends to find these out one at a time, after an account is restricted. We start with them.
What a med spa marketing agency should handle for peptide services
This is the bundle we put together for clinics. Most need three or four pieces, not all seven.
Website
Every service page, location page and booking flow should say what your licence covers and nothing more. Peptide therapy pages lead with the consultation, who prescribes and how booking works. No efficacy language, no results, no before/after galleries, no patient testimonials about any treatment. See website design for clinics and peptide brands.
Local and clinic SEO
Clinic searches are local. We work on your Google Business Profile, location and provider pages, service pages and internal links, and keep them consistent across every domain you run, because LegitScript reviews all of them. Clinic SEO starts from $720/mo, and content takes 3 to 6 months to rank.
Klaviyo's acceptable use policy (updated April 2026) prohibits products or services related to prescription medications, medical therapies and telehealth. Mailchimp may not allow businesses that offer pharmaceutical products. So we confirm the platform against what you actually offer before migrating a single contact, then set up domain authentication and the flows a clinic needs: booking confirmation, consultation reminder, no-show follow-up and a newsletter. More on email for clinics and peptide brands.
LegitScript Healthcare Certification
Unlike research sellers, clinics can be eligible. Healthcare Certification is built for pharmacies, telemedicine providers, med spas and digital health platforms. The review covers licensure, every domain you control, affiliates and partners, privacy policies, products and promotions, and SOPs. Run the free LegitScript checker first, then read how our LegitScript application prep works.
Payments
Visa's Integrity Risk Program puts sellers of prescription-required drugs (MCC 5122 and 5912) in its highest tier, and some processors that advertise peptide accounts, for example Corepay and Easy Pay Direct, say they require LegitScript certification. We build the underwriting file alongside the certification work, set a statement descriptor that matches your DBA and add a backup route. See payment processing for healthcare merchants.
AI chat
Tendabot is our own product, so weigh this with that in mind. It answers from your content only: hours, locations, consultation booking, pricing and cancellation policy. Anything clinical goes to a person on your team, and we set the refusal so it never discusses dosing, suitability or results. Details on the AI chatbot page.
Care plans
Sites drift after launch: a new service page goes up on a Friday with a pharmacy partner's wording pasted in. Our care plans, Care at $159/mo or Care Pro at $319/mo, cover updates, backups, monitoring and security; Care Pro adds a monthly compliance check of new pages.
What we write, and what your medical team writes
This is the line most clinic marketing crosses. We write structure, menus, location and provider pages, booking flows, policies, email logistics and chatbot answers. We don't write efficacy, benefit or result claims, and we won't publish before/after photos or patient testimonials about any treatment. Clinical descriptions come from your medical director, and we'd have counsel who knows FDA and FTC rules review your advertising before it runs.
One results promise on a telehealth landing page is something a LegitScript reviewer, an acquirer and a regulator can all read.
Questions to ask any telehealth or clinic marketing agency
Whether you hire us or another telehealth marketing agency, ask these before you sign:
- Which peptides on our menu fail LegitScript's current guidance, and does our pharmacy partner offer any of them?
- Which email platform will you use, and has it confirmed in writing that it accepts our business?
- Who writes clinical claims? The right answer is "not us".
- What happens to our checkout if the processor pauses the account?
Vague answers mean the risk sits with your clinic, not the agency.
What we'd do this week
List every domain you control, every peptide you offer or promote, and every pharmacy or dispenser you partner with. Check that list against LegitScript's September 2026 guidance before you pay a non-refundable $975 application fee. Then search your site, Google Business Profile and social bios for before/after images and patient reviews on treatment pages, and take them down. If you'd like a second pair of eyes first, ask for a free audit. None of this is legal advice.
