Some companies we recommend pay us a referral fee or a share of their revenue when a business we introduce becomes their customer. These are usually payment processors, gateways, chargeback tools, suppliers and labs.
What that means for you
- We label it. Wherever we mention a paid partner on this site, you will see Paid partner next to the name or link.
- We tell clients first. Before you sign up with a vendor we recommend, we tell you if they pay us.
- No markup for our cut. We ask partners to pay referral fees from their own margin and to give our clients the same or better pricing than going direct. If a partner offers us a bigger fee in exchange for charging you more, we say no.
- Fit comes first. We recommend the option that suits your business, products and region, even when it pays us nothing.
- No patient-based fees. We never take fees from pharmacies, compounders or telehealth platforms tied to patients or prescriptions.
